9.5 Status

Status report

The Status report is from an already registered player. If you don’t register any player and click the Status Report tab, you will see just a blank report with null values.

Screen ID
A unique ID helping Tech Support to troubleshoot an issue.

Status last updated
Displays the last status update.

Status Refresh Time

The Status report is refreshed every 1 hour, whether you are logged in or not.

If you want a newly refreshed status report of your player, you can click the below button on your player’s Status Report Page.

Hardware Version
Displays the version of the hardware that your player has.

Software Version
Displays the installed software version on your player.

Screen Resolution
The resolution of the screen that the player is connected to via HDMI.

Storage
The total and available free storage.

Uptime
Measuring the time that your player is online and working.

Wi-Fi status
Displaying the SSID, Quality, and Signal strength from the connected wireless network.


HDMI Connected
It indicates that an HDMI cable is already connected to the player and the screen.


TV Status
You will see 3 messages in this info:
ON , OFF and ?.

The last one means that the player couldn’t get a proper report from your TV confirming if it is online or not.

Power Supply
You will see 2 messages in this info:

The Green status and the Red warning status.

The red warning status means that the Raspberry Pi runs at low voltage, and the PSU needs to be changed.

Color Depth
The Color Depth that you have selected from the Sound/Display settings

CPU Temperature
Indicates the CPU Temperature.

CPU Load
Indicates the CPU stress.

Public IP
The Public IP address of the player.

Wlan0
Displays the IP and other wireless network information about your player.

Eth0
Displays the IP and other wired network information about your player.
