The Dashboard Posted by Kostas Sveronis on January 21st, 2021 In this section, you can control the overall status, set your monitors’ location, and notify our support team if you need assistance with the portal. It provides you with essential guidelines to simplify the procedures for you. Monitor StatusMonitor LocationsSubscription PlanRate YodeckRecent Activities Online Monitors This shows how many of your monitors are online displaying at the time you log into the portal.Offline MonitorsThis shows how many of your monitors are offline displaying at the time you log into the portal.Registered Devices This indicates how many of your screens have been “paired” to their players (either Yodeck players or your own Raspberry Pi).Unregistred MonitorsThis indicates how many of your screens haven’t been “paired” to their players (either Yodeck players or your own Raspberry Pi). In this section, you see the location of each monitor on Google Maps. infoGeo-locationYodeck uses Geo-location based on the latest Public IP Address of the player.Your Players’ Last Public IP address determines the coordinates that you see right now in the Location tab. Probably your ISP (Internet Service Provider) has assigned this IP address to be shown to that location and not on the player’s actual physical location. Depending on the Yodeck plan you have selected (i.e., how many screens you want to deploy), this indicates the number of monitors you have created in the portal and how many you can deploy. infoUpgrading your SubscriptionYou can of course upgrade your Subscription very easily by following this link here. If you find the Yodeck platform amazing and want to give us a rating. Please feel free to do it! 💡Enterprise Plan Only The Activity log shows you which of your users are currently logged in to your account (or have logged in in the past) and what these users took actions. It shows details such as: what time users logged in, which media were edited, created, deleted, etc. Here you can see only the last 10 activities. For further information, click on the drop-down menu in the top right of your screen and click on the Activity Log tab.
