Screens Table Manual

Introduction

The Screens table offers a comprehensive overview of your Screens’ information. It now allows for customization, allowing you to tailor the displayed information according to your needs.


Customize your Table

Customize your table using the ‘Columns’ button. ‘Name’ and ‘Player Status’ are fixed columns; you can add additional information to suit your needs.


Table Information Overview

Below, you’ll find details for each item in the Screens’ Table. Each section includes a description and notes to enhance your understanding of the provided information.

  • Name: Shows the assigned name of each player.
    • For example, hover over the name field to see the full name if it’s too long.
    • For example, you can change the name by clicking on it on the Screen Details page.
  • Player Type: Indicates the player’s type connected to the Screen.
    • Supported player types:
      • Yodeck Player
      • Web Player
      • Android
      • Tizen
      • WebOS
      • Amazon Fire TV/Stick
      • Brightsign
      • Windows
  • ID: Unique identifier for each player.
  • Description: Provides brief details about the player.
  • Scheduled Content: What schedule has been assigned to the player
  • Default Content: What content(Media, App, Playlist or Layout) has been assigned to the player
  • Player Status:
    • Online
    • Offline
    • Upgrading
    • Disabled
    • Not Registered
  • TV Status: Displays the status of the connected TV.
    • Statuses:
      • On
      • Off
      • N/A
        • If you get an N/A, the TV is not sending the relative information via the HDMI and the CEC Protocol.

        • This info is updated on an hourly basis.
  • HDMI Connected: Shows the HDMI connection status.
    • Statuses:
      • Connected
      • Not Connected
      • N/A
        • If you get an N/A, the TV is not sending the relative information via the HDMI and the CEC Protocol.

        • This info is updated on an hourly basis.
  • Uptime: Measures the time since the player’s last startup or reboot.
  • CPU Temperature: Displays the current temperature of the player’s CPU.
    • It will be displayed only for the Yodeck Player based on Raspberry Pi.
    • This info is updated on an hourly basis.
  • Power Supply: Indicates the status of the player’s power source.
    • It will be displayed only for the Yodeck Player based on Raspberry Pi.
    • This info is updated on an hourly basis.
  • Screen Resolution: Details the resolution of the player’s display.
  • Hardware Version: Specifies the specific hardware version of the player.
    • It will be displayed only for the Yodeck Player based on Raspberry Pi.
  • Locked Down: It shows the security status of the player.
    • It will be displayed only for the Yodeck Player based on Raspberry Pi.
  • Encrypted: Indicates the encryption status of the player’s data.
    • It will be displayed only for the Yodeck Player based on Raspberry Pi.
  • Workspace: Displays the player’s Workspace
  • Hostname: Displays the player’s hostname
    • It will be displayed only for the Yodeck Player based on Raspberry Pi.
  • Tags: Display the player’s Tags
  • Offline Time: Indicates the duration the Player has been Offline

Additional Information

  • You can export a report of the registered Players under your account.
  • Export players’ data in Workspaces
  • If you want to export all the players” data under your account, ensure that you have selected the “All Workspaces” option.
