Step into effortless organization with new features

We are introducing workspace hierarchies, a new feature that enhances digital signage structure creation, perfectly complemented by the user groups and audit logs features, to offer enterprises the digital signage solution they need.

Yodeck for WindowsPublic Beta

We are happy to announce that starting from July 13, you can use Yodeck on your Windows devices. The whole range of Windows devices like laptops, NUC PCs, and tablets will be supported. To ensure high quality of service, we highly recommend using devices with 8th generation Intel chip or equivalent. Here’s more information on how to setup your Windows player.

New features

  • Workspace Hierarchies (Enterprise Plan)
Workspaces are a great way to provide granular access and permissions to your users. With Workspace Hierarchies, you can transfer your organization’s structure to Yodeck, making user management more intuitive and scalable. Create a parent-child relationship between workspaces and assign a role to the parent workspace and sub-workspaces.
  • All Media listing
See all your media files, regardless of type, in a new list view. The new “All Media” listing can help a lot in navigating and managing your content, especially when you use folders to organize it. Also, it allows you to upload multiple media of any type at once.
  • Yodeck for Windows – Public Beta
Leverage the power of the widely adopted Windows operating system to enhance your digital signage operations. Supporting PCs, media boxes like NUC, and tablets, you can now easily manage your Windows setups via Yodeck.
  • Security Session Policies (Enterprise Plan)
For companies prioritizing security and centralized control over user sessions, we introduce two new Security Session Policies; Automatic Logout for Inactivity and Single-Active Session. They can be found in Account Settings in the “Security Policies” section.

Platform enhancements

  • Calendar Apps
The Calendar Apps (Daily/Weekly/Monthly Calendar & Calendar Events Feed) now support Outlook calendar’s ICS links.
  • Youtube Shorts
We extended our existing Youtube support so that you can now display Youtube Shorts.
  • LG WebOS out of Beta
After successfully passing its Beta period, we are glad to release WebOS out of Beta. Bring your LG WebOS devices to Yodeck with complete confidence.
