New features

  • Monday.com App: Display your Monday.com boards on Yodeck for improved collaboration and alignment. Whether you prefer Kanban or Gantt board views, the app lets you share real-time updates directly on your screens. Keep your team informed and aligned with dynamic visual displays of project statuses and task progress. Simply embed your Monday.com board, and you’re all set.
  • Canva app – slideshows: Our Canva app now supports slideshows & presentations. Create your slideshow in Canva, and embed it directly into Yodeck. The slideshow will play automatically with no additional setup required. Configure everything in Canva, and it will seamlessly appear on your screens.

Improvements

  • Set playlists & schedules to screens: Directly update your screens’ content, using the new “Set to Screen” shortcut. Simply select your playlist/schedule and assign them to any combination of your screens without going through the Screens section.
  • Deprovision users using SCIM: Seamlessly deactivate user accounts when they leave your organization with SCIM, keeping your system tidy and secure. This automated process saves time and reduces the risk of unauthorized access. Set up SCIM under SSO Advanced Settings in your Account’s Settings.
  • Register new screens in seconds: Adding and registering new Yodeck screens is now simpler. Enter the registration code, select and preview the content and your screen will be up and running.
