will receive a 5-year extended warranty on their Yodeck Players instead of the standard 1-year warranty.
Promo Validity:
The offer is valid for purchases and subscriptions made between July 1, 2025, and September 30, 2025.
Purchases made outside this period will be eligible only for the standard 1-year warranty.
Eligibility:
The offer applies to new and existing customers purchasing new Yodeck Players.

How to Redeem:

Warranty Coverage:
The 5-year warranty includes:
- Coverage for defects in materials and workmanship.
- Yodeck will manage repairs and replacements directly.
- New replacement units will be provided if needed.
- Replacement hardware will have its own independent warranty.
Warranty Terms and Process:
Customers must contact Yodeck Support to report any hardware issue.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return defective hardware; Yodeck covers shipping for the replacement unit.
Troubleshooting must be performed as per Yodeck’s guidance before approval for replacement.
Warranty coverage starts from the registration date of the player on the Yodeck portal.
For existing players under the promo, warranty coverage is extended retroactively from the player’s registration date.
Limitations and Exclusions:
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, unauthorized modifications, or misuse.
- Devices not returned in original condition (for replacements).
- The extended warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
